No one gets left behind\, typically these rides are for folk wanting to cycle a bit longer and at a faster pace than the Cruise rides: 40 miles at 15mph. \n\n\n\nAs you will know\, West Lothian is not very flat\, but we don’t seek extra hills and always wait at the top of any hill to regroup. \n\n\n\nIts always great to meet new riders\, first ride is free and we hope you want to join the club (£25/year) and join us more regularly after that.
